Its been more challenging lately to find good shedding combs for cats. That's because most of them on the market are for dogs, and the teeth of the comb are far too wide to work effectively on cats. Also a comb for cats needs to have shorter teeth. This is the other cat comb that I use. It has been a good too for brushing long haired and matted cats, it works great on the main body, the ruff and under the tail, the tail and the legs and belly. It removes a lot of undercoat.
This is a good comb for home cat grooming. This comb is affordably priced for around $12 range, it can be found in some local small retailers, which I prefer to support, or you can order it online via my affiliate link. This link if for purchasing it on Amazon. If you decide to purchase one, let me know and I would be happy to show you how to use it when I see you again, just let me know and I would be happy to demonstrate it on your cat.
